To be eligible, potential borrowers must:

• ○ Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• ○ Be a resident of one of the states in which we currently provide loans
• ○ Have a verifiable, regular source of income* that is received by direct deposit
• ○ Have a valid bank account in your name
• ○ Have a valid phone number
• ○ Have an active email address
• ○ Consent to electronic communications and signatures
• ○ Read and agree to the loan agreement, privacy policy and terms and conditions
